Mission Field Update
Spring 2004
"Behold,
I say to you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields,
that they are white for harvest" Jn. 4:35 KJV
We are
already living in a time of a greater outpouring of God's
Spirit than Pentecost. The reason that we in America don't
realize that is because most of the activity takes part in
the harvest region of the world.
We are
having the greater HARVEST on the mission field more than
ever before in history although there is still the usual
persecution but this cannot be compared to the great harvest
of souls being experienced in this part of the world.
Think about
it 140,000 people a DAY are coming to the Lord. This is 46
times the number that believed on the day of Pentecost. In
China, a country officially closed to the Gospel, over
20,000 a DAY are turning to the Lord. In the Fungao area of
the Hunan province of China, over 90% of the people are
Christians. Significant mass conversions are happening in
Hindu and Buddhist countries.
GRA is
witnessing an entire village surrendering their lives to the
Lord Jesus in one single day
"Who
hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall
the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a
nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she
brought forth her children" Isaiah 66: 8
Since 1990,
more people have become Christians in all the rural mission
history, hundreds and thousands of souls are coming out of
the kingdom of darkness and they are being translated into
the kingdom of light daily.
MIRACLES,
SIGNS AND WONDERS follow us all around - Praise God!!!
MAJOR
PROJECTS
2004
DIVINE VISITATION - GRA REACHING AROUND THE WORLD
Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Libya, Nigeria (North) Sudan
and Senegal…
Projects have specific material needs. They are usually
one-time in scope; however some are ongoing for the support
of an institution.
Missionary Projects are listed for the support of our native
missionaries who are in need of several tools or facilities
to ease their suffering on the field and to accelerate
witnessing to more people for Jesus Christ.
Big or
small, your contribution to a project enables a literal
physical presence to represent Jesus Christ and you to a
world that is searching for the way, the truth and the life

OTHER
PROJECTS
Recruiting Short-term Missionaries
Short-term missionaries are individuals who desire to
serve voluntarily from two to six weeks. They feel compelled
to share the Gospel in another culture, but do not desire to
make it a lifetime commitment GRA provides an opportunity
and place for such involvement through several programs.
Tentmakers
GRA provides special guidance for dedicated, qualified
persons who feel led of the Lord to locate and engage in
gainful employment in an area of the world that needs a
Christian witness. Profession such as Christian teachers,
businessmen, government workers, and other vocational
professionals can fit in to the tentmaker team.
Evangelists
Individuals who feel a specific call to evangelism may serve
as missionary evangelists in partnership and approval by
God's Remnant Assembly. Such evangelist will be assisted by
GRA mission squad in planning an international itinerary in
cooperation with the field supervisor and GRA watchmen in
the targeted areas. Expenses are the responsibility of the
evangelist in most cases.
